Production Time Worksheet

To adjust the production time of your items and recipes, you can use the Production Time Worksheet. Here you can compare the assigned production time on the items to the actual ticket time on preparation stations.

Note: The worksheet stores the information entered for each user until the worksheet is cleared.

Adding items to the worksheet

  1. Click the icon, enter Production Time Worksheet, and select the relevant link.
  2. Click the Add Items action. Here you filter the items based on item category (you can select multiple item categories), product groups (you can select multiple product groups), and production time.
  3. Select one or more items from the list, and click OK.
  4. Confirm the question. The selected items have now been added to the worksheet.

Updating average actual ticket time

  1. Select dates in the Date From and Date To fields.
  2. If you want to limit the calculation on a restaurant, select the restaurant in the Restaurant Filter field.
  3. Click the Update Average Actual Ticket Time action. The Avg. Actual Ticket Time (Min.) field now contains a calculated average ticket time if the system found preparation station data for the item. Otherwise, the field is blank.

Proposing new production time

  • In the Proposed Prod. Time (Min.) field, enter the new production time for the item. The Update Status field shows that a new time has been proposed.

Updating production time with proposed time

  • Click the Update Prod. Time w/Proposed Time action. The system updates the production time for all items that have a new production time proposed. The Update Status, Updated and Previous Prod. Time (Min.) fields are all updated accordingly.

Clearing the worksheet

  • Click the Clear Worksheet action to delete all lines from the worksheet.
